Stefanie’s Kitchen has been a life long dream of Alexander’s since he started working in hospitality at the age of 15. After the passing of his beloved cousin, Stefanie, on 22 January 2015, he has dedicated this business to her, most fittingly because she would always call and ask him what was for dinner.
Our goal is to provide fresh food that has bold flavours and gives you, our guest, the most rewarding taste experience in a friendly manner and at a reasonable price. We not only street vend, but in addition can do catering, charity fundraising events, corporate lunches, or weekend retreats to the country.
Alexander Pearce has over 16 years of experience in hospitality and is passionate about bringing something new and fresh to the palates of the Southern Highlands. Having arrived from Charleston, South Carolina, USA, he has developed a knowledge of Mexican, American Southern, Italian, as well as other styles of cooking.
